The Roost is a Grade II listed, fabulously refurbished, Cotswold holiday cottage which sleeps four guests, in two well-appointed and uniquely designed bedrooms, with one spacious bathroom with a roll top bath. The ground floor has a semi open plan design with a contemporary feel to the kitchen/dining room; a lovely space to cook your favourite culinary dishes. The cosy and comfy sitting room boasts plenty of character features including a wood burning stove, exposed stonework and original beams, and the picturesque, hidden gem of a garden has plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit and lovely rural views. The Roost is also a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for one medium sized dog.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under)

The Roost has a lovely garden for guests to enjoy and it is important to the owners that guests are courteous and considerate towards the neighbouring properties. We politely request that guests do not disturb the neighbours and that loud music is not played outside after 21:00
Charging electric vehicles at this property is not permitted
Please note the enclosed private garden is accessed via a shared terrace space and then a narrow private pathway (the neighbours have a right of way across the terrace area)
