Just a short walk away is the delightful village of South Cerney, or you could enjoy a pleasant drive into the thriving market town of Cirencester, known as the capital of the Cotswolds. Cirencester offers a variety of boutique shops, fine pubs, cafés and restaurants. Nearby you’ll find Cheltenham, Bath and the popular town of Tetbury, home of the royal residence at Highgrove Gardens.

On entering this stunning lodge, you will find yourself in the bright and elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfy seating, TV/DVD and natural light, this welcoming lounge is an ideal space to unwind in and enjoy the fabulous lakeside views. It has a charming dining area that seats up to six guests. Heading into the stylish kitchen you will find it equipped with everything you may need including an induction hob and oven, microwave, fridge, wine fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. The kitchen also features multi-coloured under-counter lighting. There is a ground-floor bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Exploring this beautiful property further you will find three cosy bedrooms, each with plenty of storage. There’s a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and views out across the lake. There are two double bedrooms, each with a 4ft double bed, and a shared bathroom complete with bath and WC.

From the lounge, double French patio doors open directly out onto the wonderful balcony. This a lovely space to relax in, with plenty of garden furniture and a BBQ, allowing you to dine alfresco and take in fantastic views over Spring Lake. Off-road parking is available. Onsite you will find a children’s play area and there’s access to the Cotswold Water Park, offering opportunities for water skiing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, horse riding, golfing, fishing and paintballing.
