The first unit consists of an apartment of 60 square meters at street level, the second apartment (private) is located on the ground floor where there is also a third unit consisting of a 25 square meter one-room apartment. The apartment can be rented individually or together with the single room on the floor below. This solution is ideal for hosting two couples of friends or a family with grandparents.
