The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Set soiled linens on table next to dryer in garage. Towels go in the hamper in barhroom.
No food scraps down kitchen drain, there is no garbage disposal. It will clog septic system. Keep drain screens in place at all times. No flushing of anything but toilet paper in toilet.
Quit time outdoors is 9pm. No parties or additional unregistered guests without pre-approving with host.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Park along side the grass on the left side of property and avoid blocking access in and out of garage.
Towels provided are not for beach use. Set air and heat to low or off and turn off lights when not occupying the unit.

The property owners on watch, when we were coming and going. NO privacy. Main house 75ft from Airbnb/ 3 car garage. LOUD Rooster, 5 ft from our window. waking us up every morning at 7:00 a.m.. while on vacation. 1 mirror throughout the whole house. The bed is literally HARD as a rock.. makes extreme noise when moving around. Hardly slept and then add the rooster. There were six coffee creamers for two adults for 2 days. No shampoo supplies etc. The bath towel drawer fell out due to it being old and dilapidated. If I didn't catch it . it would have broke my toes . Minimal insulation. Can hear everything outside the house. Tap water did not get cold. You have to park nearly 200 ft away from your door according to ( Park on grass not in front of Airbnb instructions) one of the owners told us they didn't even want to be there. They also tried hiring my company do you work in trade for a $100 fee. For allowing my daughter to take a shower there after work. We were not there to be proposition for work. We were a paying guest. They got mad that we did not perform work and charged me $150 instead. Overall highly not recommended due to multiple creepy, uncomfortable and non- accommodating factors. Here are pictures of the property when we left in case there is any backlash to this.

Lovely property in every respect. Wish we would have had more time to relax and enjoy the grounds and surrounding areas. We were competing in an equestrian event near there.

This was the CUTEST little cottage with everything you could need. Woke up in the morning to a beautiful farmhouse oasis. Owners left a beautiful bottle of wine and fresh farm eggs. It was picturesque! Must book you won’t be sorry.
