The staff was very nice, the room was exceptionally clean and modern and the free breakfast was great. The only thing that I have a slight issue with is that there was $100 hold placed on my card which I wasn’t aware of when I booked my room. The website didn’t mention anything about it. Otherwise I would have given a five star review. All in all I had a great experience, if I’m ever in the area again I will definitely stay there again

Our bed was comfortable, our towels could have been nicer. The room was clean, but the common areas (hallways & elevator were not in kept condition. The breakfast staff person was very polite and friendly, kudos to her.

The room was clean but my wife grabbed a washcloth off of the rack of towels and wash rags and started using it then noticed it had what looked like rust or something on it with also a couple red flakes which we don't know what it was. It may have been used by the cleaning crew and hung up by accident. It was given to the front desk guy who was sleeping when she went around the corner behind the counter looking for someone to tell about the wash rag when we checked out. Also, the microwave, tv remote, and the light next to the bed on the stand did not work. The refrigerator door was really hard to shut. All in all not a good place to stay.

The location was close to a park though we didn't walk there. We drove a Tesla so a big selling point was the ability to charge at the hotel. Close to some good breakfast restaurant options like Sleepy Bee and Toast and Berries. They did have onsite breakfast too.

Area was a business district but close to shops and a nice park. Kids loved the indoor pool and the park across the street. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was nice , the usual waffles, cereal, eggs.. etc
