Room was not ready at check in time. The desk kept checking with cleaning staff and was being told 5 more minutes. Room was ready 30 minutes after check in time. We were given a key and told to go up. Arrived at the room with 3 cleaning people who were busy doing nothing but trying to look busy. The cleaning crew were all stoned and the room smelled like weed. cleaning crew told us we could enter the room but three of them were still in the room so there was nowhere to go. New hotel with many in room items broken. Carpet in doorway was shredded so a dirty indoor/outdoor mat was thrown over it to hide to damage. The room should have been taken out of service until repairs could be made.

Great location! Everything you need is right there!! It’s a short walk to MadTree Brewery & the cutest little town of Oakley that has great food & drinks as well. We have stayed here a few times and look forward to each stay. Staff is very helpful & so kind. The rooms have everything you need & are very clean. I would absolutely recommend staying here. We will be back.
