This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom private home has all you need for a short visit, a week trip, or a month stay. The two spacious, natural light filled bedrooms are located on the second level. There are three very large clothing closets. There is a full private bathroom on the second level that does not connect to either bedroom. The home has radiant heat, central AC, circulating ceiling fans, a full kitchen, a level backyard, and a covered front porch. The home features a large work desk with a comfortable office chair for work commuters. W/D is offered for stays longer than seven nights. The full kitchen includes a coffee maker, offering organic coffees and teas, as well as a toaster, microwave, stove top and oven. The kitchen also offers a standard size refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink disposal. Dishes for adults and children, all cutlery, cooking utensils, cork/bottle opener, pots, pans are available.

Maximum number of Adult guests is Four (4). Maximum number of Total guests is Five (5), such as a couple with children. Maximum number of Child guests is Three (3) unless more children are approved by host. No pet children please.

There is a 40 inch TV secured on a wheeled stand with lockable casters that can be moved for use in either the living room or the dining room on the first level. Netflix and WiFi available. Board games include Catan, Cincinnati-opoly, Mancala, and Shut the Box.

Toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes, soap and shampoo/conditioner are all available. There are two blow dryers and an iron/iron board available.

There is one crib (with linens) on casters, a changing table, baby bath, and a highchair with disposable bibs, as well as toys, books, puzzles, and games for the little ones! The crib can be wheeled in and locked for use in either bedroom.

Guests have access to all areas of the home with the exception of the basement and the outdoor storage unit. Basement W/D available for longer stays.
