I can’t give a 5 because I was initially put in a room that had some issues so they had to move me to a different room. They handled it well though and apologized profusely. The new room was great and very comfortable. The staff were all really nice and I appreciate that they take pets. I would go back.

We went with the two-bedroom suite, and it was great to have a space to stretch out in. There were quite a few options for breakfast, which was a switch from our last stay at a Sonesta (not this location, but in Florida). The biggest drawback for us was the noise. We were in a bottom suite and you could hear every single step above us. We spent a little more time in the room because my husband was sick for part of the trip and the running above us never stopped. I'm sure it was a family with kids but it went on well past 11 p.m., where we had to call the front to see if they could reinforce the quiet time policy. If you stay here, ask for a second-level room if you want any type of rest.

Bathrooms are tiny in the 2 bedroom rooms, and carpets are filthy, water pressure in shower is almost unusable unless tiu use mostly cold water, cobwebs and spider webs all over and what look like bug blood all over the curtains I was in room 912 so heads up if its the summer time because its right by the pool and the four ac units so it has the possibility to be loud since its winter that didnt affect me, but the dog in the room next to me made the stay uncomfortable. 1 more thing to note is that this location puts a $250 hold on your card i dont think ive ever had more than a $100 as a hold, i ended up leaving and going to the Hyatt place next door for a more comfortable clean quiet place to stay
