When we arrived we were told we had to pay and extra 10 dollars a night for parking and the distance to the garage was about a city block. My husband's health is poor. I had to drop him off and walk alone back to the hotel. I asked two different employees but they said the city made them do it and they had no control. This was in spite of having a parking lot with empty spaces every night. I've told them that nice rooms mean nothing if you have to risk your health and safety.

Room was clean, it just would not get warm. The heat wouldn’t turn on. So I ended up grabbing the extra bedding set and adding that blanket on top of the comforter for additional warmth. Breakfast was good. The power went out a few times in the morning due to the snow storm, but the front desk workers were really good in keeping those of us down there calm.

This is a fairly new property and it is in great shape. The young lady that checked us in was outstanding. All of the staff were very friendly. The room and bed was first rate. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Mandy Heard and Tasika went above and beyond. We were a couple staying there the day before our wedding and the night of. Both shifts were great and they were so excited for us. Checking in is. They went the extra mile. Definitely will stay there again
