Soft winter light settles over Over-the-Rhine as you step into this studio tucked inside a 1900s building, where tall windows frame the rhythm of the neighborhood outside. The energy of nearby theaters, markets, and cafés is close enough to feel, yet the space offers a calm retreat when you need to unwind. Whether you're exploring Cincinnati’s historic streets or settling in for a quiet, cozy evening, this studio places you right in the heart of it all.



Sleeping arrangements

This studio accommodates up to five guests with three beds, including a queen-sized bed positioned for relaxing with the TV. The open layout blends the sleeping and living areas, giving you space to stretch out after a day spent discovering the city.



Kitchen and dining

A kitchen equipped for everyday cooking lets you prepare meals with ease, and the dining table provides a comfortable place to gather for breakfast or a warm dinner indoors. With a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics, you have what you need for simple at-home meals during your stay.



Workspace and connectivity

A dedicated workspace sits at the center of the studio, offering a convenient spot for focusing on work or planning your day. Wi-Fi is included throughout the space.

Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable atmosphere year-round. Washer, dryer, bed linens, towels, and other essentials are provided, along with room-darkening shades for restful sleep.

Self check-in is available through a smart lock. Paid parking on premises and a paid parking lot off premises are available, including convenient parking at the Mercer Garage across the street for $15 per night.
