I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again.

There was urine in one of the mattresses and the towels were stained. We booked for 3 guest and didn’t have any sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. All they offered was a credit to stay there again. I won’t stay there again not even for free.

Positives: The staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy location to find. Plenty of parking. Nice shower pressure. Negatives: The hotel seemed like it had thin walls/floors. I could hear lots of other people…all night long. The bathroom had a slight sewage smell. No creamer packets next to the coffee maker.

When checking the front desk employee's struggles to find a room for me when I arrived about 430/5pm for my reservation. I was given a room when I quickly went put down my bag, and left for a dinner reservation. When returning I realize the room was not clean. Trash was piled under the sink and smelled like it was left for a while but overall not clean. The employee at night wanted to put up a fight but quickly offered another room which corrected that situation but definitely changed the mood for the evening.
