Cheap, dirty, horrible customer service. We had stains on our sheets, hair in the beds. pee on the floor in the bathroom, disgusting things that’s can be fixed! The front desk girl said she’d tell her manager, than nothing happened. I asked for a refund for one night, of a week stay, same thing I’ll tell manager to call you. NOTHING. Same at checkout, no manager no care that our room was GROSS!

The website is very misleading. It says there’s a breakfast buffet, it implies it’s included but when we checked in they said it wasn’t. They said we didn’t pick the right room. We never had any option for breakfast! We just picked two beds, that’s it. Almost all hotels include breakfast, what a ripoff!!! We will not be back!

The room itself was OK however, the furniture is a bit old and chipped. The front desk gave us probably the loudest room in the whole hotel that faced the highway when the hotel was not at capacity. In the morning when we went down to get coffee, there was none. The front desk said the coffee maker was broken, and the restaurant wasn’t open yet

The first room had a broken heater. Thermostat read 80* and heating, only 54* in the room. Also had a discarded nylon near the lamp. Staff remedied the room situation quickly, switching us and offering meal tickets for our stay. I was pleased. The fridge in the new room was set on too high a temp (I guess) it burst the growler we purchased, glass and mess all over. I suppose I should have checked the temp, but unless it’s clearly off I just don’t. At the risk of sounding too critical we had a few more issues though no fault of the attending staff. The hot tub had been filled in with cement, the one amenity my wife was looking forward to using. The pool itself wasn’t bad, but the surrounding air was very cold. Though granted the temp was rather cold outside. All together made a less then desirable trip.

The staff was super nice and helpful, and the breakfast was good. The room was good but could be cleaner - there was some oily stains on the carpet and some spots in the corners of the bathroom that looked like they could use a good scrub, but everything else looked clean and decent. They had some construction stuff out back that hints to them remodeling some rooms so I’m looking forward to trying them again next year to see if we can get one of the remodeled rooms.
