My only complaint is the water pressure and bathroom door conditions. The water pressure was extremely low, even at different times of the day. The bathroom door did not completely close shut. Otherwise, it seems to be a very new property.

This hotel is in a great, safe location with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. The only issue I experienced was that the breakfast wasn't very good. However, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel.

Not everyone is treated equal

The size of the room was not worth the rate. The front desk staff at arrival and check out were preoccupied and made you wait while they finished multiple task. It is understood that could occur however it as if you were interrupting them when you approached. Customer service felt like an after thought. Additionally, I noticed both female workers were more attentive to males than females.

The moment the doors opened we knew it would be great! The smell of fresh textiles and a clean lobby was welcoming. This hotel is newly opened late in 2024, so everything is still crisp. Our room was clean, welcoming and fresh. The bathroom was excellent including beauty and great water pressure and lighting. Halls were kept clean and it was a calm quiet stay. We noticed many rooms available on multiple floors to accommodate deaf/hoh guests. The pool was clean and welcoming also. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was well displayed and with plenty available even close to the end of our window. I would stay again!!!
