We didn't stay the night because the heating wasn't working, the TV wasn't working, the room smelled bad, and it was dirty. I requested a single double bed and they gave me a room with two single beds. The receptionist was a little impatient and rude.

Terrible service, the door doesn't lock, asking for maintenance for 3 days! No one came...the shower head is so old , water barely comes out, smoking room no ashtray....i travel a lot im cheap motel like those, but come on do better

The day before, a man with glasses (he was cool, alert and helpful) told us breakfast would be ready the next day at 6:30 am. We went and there was a girl there, who didn't even acknowledge us and no breakfast was available. Just coffee. We waited until 6:50am, but we had to leave. No reason why there wasn't any breakfast on time.

There was no breakfast. The floor in our room was dirty. We made clean paths with wet toilet paper. Bathtub was pretty sad. Mattress was hard as a rock. Linens were clean though and no apparent bed bugs. Also our room didn't face the freeway so it was quiet.
