The staff at this location is incredibly friendly.This is our third stay for Bengals home games. It is so convenient to Paycor. The surrounding area is a little depressed,so be aware. There is a shuttle and lots of people walk across the bridge. This stay, the elevator to garage wasn’t in service and housekeeping missed some leftovers in the fridge and a used towel in the shower from previous guest. Otherwise, the location is very clean. Balcony could use some attention. Lobby and patio are spotless. Free Fresh popcorn in bar area. Again staff is exceptionally friendly.

The staff was wonderful. The housekeeping person on the 9th floor was absolutely fantastic. She saw our do not disturb sign so she bypassed us but kept a lookout for us incase we did need something. When we asked her anything she was able to put her hands on the item within minutes. She was also very sweet, kind, and knowledgeable about the area.

Worst service ever! I was there at 8 pm and they didnot have my room ready. They didnot have any double queen bedrooms available as there was no housekeeping service to clean it. I was without a room until 11 pm, after which I had to get a king room and fit 4 adults as the rooms were not available. The manager refused to peovide 2 king rooms or refund for the rooms. Horrible manager and staff had no support either

Clean and newly updated hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable at all. It was very firm.
