Everything was pretty perfect. My room was missing the remote, but I simply requested one, & had it within minutes. The room was clean, sized well, & very comfortable. Parking was easy, convenient, & the valet staff were on point. Hotel was centrally located for all the things I had planned & I even ran into the Asian Food Festival while there. I had a great time.

Got upgraded to a whirlpool room for my birthday and it was lovely! Room was spacious and the staff were all great. Valet only parking but they were incredibly fast. Outstanding location, so much within walking distance. Wish there was a microwave in the room since we had leftovers from all the good local food lol.

We had such a wonderful stay during our Flying Pig Marathon weekend in Cincinnati! Our room was incredibly spacious, and being able to get connected rooms made our girls’ running trip even more fun and convenient. One of our favorite little touches was the bananas in the lobby before our Saturday and Sunday runs — such a thoughtful bonus for runners heading out early! The coffee shop was amazing and quickly became part of our morning routine. Most importantly, the staff at both the coffee shop and front desk were absolutely exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay special during a very busy race weekend. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely stay here again for another race weekend!

The entire stay was great. Valet staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, the coffee shop and onsite bar were both very clean and welcoming. Morning coffee and nightly cocktails were well-crafted and fairly priced. We really appreciated the kindness of the bar staff, the conversation and attention to detail made for a wonderful end to our evening.
