The gîte is located on the upper floor, accessible via an external staircase. There is a fenced courtyard and green space (swings, soccer goals, balls, a badminton net, and a pétanque court), as well as parking. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase: kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm) (1 double bed 140cm + 2 single bunk beds 90cm), shower room, separate WC.
