Vacation apartment with private garden, roof terrace and communal pool

The holiday apartment with a private garden and large roof terrace is located between Agropoli and Paestum in the idyll of the Cilento National Park with a view of the blue Mediterranean and the Amalfi Coast. There is a shared pool in the summer, pizza oven and grill and a playground.

We completed the Rigoletto holiday apartment in Cilento, which is an independent residential unit - almost a holiday home - in autumn 2022. There is a small private garden with a furnished terrace and panoramic views. On one side you can see the mountain landscape with Trentinara and Giungano, on the other side you can see the Gulf of Salerno and the sea. The apartment extends to almost 50 square meters. There is an open kitchen-living room with dining area, sofa corner and Smart TV, as well as the kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is an oven, fridge with freezer, gas stove and everything you need for cooking. There is space for 4 people at the dining table with a view of the mountains. In the living area there is a sofa, a flat screen TV with Prime TV and a shelf with books in different languages ​​and board games. Mobil air condition in the living room and fan in the sleeping rooms. The bedroom with a view of the mountains is equipped with a double bed, two cupboards, a cosmetic table and there is also a spacious wardrobe. A cot can be added upon request. There is a guard robe and a full-length mirror in the hallway. The second bedroom is suitable for children under 12 years. There is a bunk bed, a desk with a mirror and a small wardrobe. The daylight bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Towels and some soap are available for our guests. The Rigoletto holiday apartment is equipped with WiFi. There is free parking on the property. Our pool and playground are for shared use in the summer months. There are beautiful walking paths in a small forest in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket and shops can be reached after just under a kilometer. On the roof of the holiday apartment there is a 100 square meter roof terrace with a view of the sea, the Amalfi Coast and the mountains. Sun loungers, a hammock and seating with a parasol are available for our guests.

The holiday apartment is best suited for two people and a maximum of 2 children. For small children we are happy to provide a baby cot, high chair and bathtub, as well as a small paddling pool.
