Beautiful hotel with lots of activities to do around the hotel. I regret only having time to stay one night. I would recommend at least a few nights to a week in order to fully enjoy the facilities and what it has to offer. Very comfortable stay and a nice resort hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Facilities excellent with multiple pools. Overall a great hotel with Bali vibes. Only issue is the traffic locally is bad. It’s an hour to get to Bogor despite being only 10km’s away.

Prima hotelkamer, lekker bed en uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Vreemd dat ze aangeven over een stoom sauna te beschikken maar daar mag je alleen gebruik van maken als je een massage afneemt. Sommige personeelsleden zijn nogal opdringerig dat je hun naam vermeldt in een review. Dit voelt heel ongemakkelijk temeer daar elk personeelslid enorm vriendelijk is. Hier zou betere aansturing op moeten komen. Verder ligt het hotel nogal remote. Wat we enorm hebben gemist was een goede uitleg van alle mogelijkheden in het hotel. Pas na twee dagen ontdekten we dat er een restaurant bij het zwembad was.

とても良かった。 ホテル内のレストランは種類が充実しており味も美味しかった。 また、遊び場も多く子供たちとパターゴルフを楽しんだりできた。今回は1泊だけだったが、もう少し時間があればさらに色々な探索ができたのだろうと思う。 残念な点はプールに関して水が濁っており入ることに抵抗があった。また、とても水が冷たいので水温を上げてくれると入りやすい。

Fantastisch hotel

Heel mooi groot resort. Even echt weg uit jakarta. Mooie zwembaden en mogelijkheid om stukje te wandelen. De kamer was groot en mooi ingericht. Het ontbijt was niet goedkoop, maar er was erg veel keuze en het was lekker. We hebben genoten.

リゾート感があり、ゆっくり出来そうです。 ジャカルタからのアクセスがちょっとありますが、ホテルは良いです。

・ホテル内の食事。ホテル内レストラン、Damar で子供たちにパスタを注文。テーブルに届くまでに45分待ちました。さらに、食後。会計を依頼しましたが、レシートを用意する作業に30分。1時間以上、なにもせずに席に座っていたことになります。そのことについて文句を言いましたが、店員は不満げな態度でした。 また、苦情のおり、「日本人か、韓国人か」と尋ねられました。なんの意図か分かりかねますが、失礼だと思います。 ・一度もベランダに出ていない＝窓を開けてないにもかかわらず、部屋に蚊とやもりが2匹いました。 子供たちだけの部屋だったため、なにもできず、蚊に何か所もさされ、やもりにおびえた夜を過ごしたとのこと。 次の日、そのことについてホテルスタッフに報告しましたが、そのことについて なんの謝罪もありませんでした。 ・アクティヴィティとして、エアホッケーがおいてあり、以前はそれをとても楽しみましたが、今回はすでに機械が劣化しており、空気穴から空気が出ていても、ゲームの駒が手元に戻ってこない代物でした。 ・部屋のトレイのフラッシュボタンが劣化しており、水が流れっぱなしになっていることが数回ありました。 夜中に何度かボタンを押しなおしました。 ・ホテルアクティビティの説明がなく、簡単なパンフレットを渡され、それで確認するように言われました。しかし、それでは全然分からず、以前泊まった時の記憶を頼りに、あれこれこちらから聞く必要がありました。 ・インドネシアリゾートに泊まると、通常あるサービス、例えば、ウェルカムドリンクや、宿泊初日にある果物やちょっとしたスイーツのサービスはありませんでした。 ・以前、ホテル内レストランの「mad cow」が美味しかったので、それも目当てで宿泊しましたが、貸し切りが入っており、利用できませんでした。 リゾートのレストランで貸し切りが入るのは疑問です。 ●総括● 全体的には、従業員が少なく、また、壊れかけている施設を刷新することもないため、経費削減に努めているのであろうという印象でした。 ホスピタリティはあまり期待できません。 ・Meals at the hotel. We ordered pasta for the kids at the hotel restaurant, Damar. It took 45 minutes for it to arrive at the table. After the meal, we asked for the bill, but it took 30 minutes to prepare the receipt. We ended up sitting at the table for over an hour without doing anything. We complained about it, but the waiter was dissatisfied. Also, when we complained, we were asked if we were Japanese or Korean. I don't know what the intention was, but I think it was rude. ・Even though we never went out to the balcony = we didn't open the window, there were mosquitoes and two geckos in the room.
