As you enter, you'll feel relaxed at this perfect getaway villa! The ceiling fans provide air movement and you can open the French doors and louvered windows to enjoy the fresh air. The villa is fully furnished, with a galley kitchen, a dining area with seating for 4. The kitchen is well-equipped for serving cocktails, snacks, or full meals. Enjoy all of the appliances and modern comforts you’ll need to enjoy meals.

The great room area is tranquil with two sets of French doors that open out to the private pool area and the second master bedroom suite is across the pool deck. The great room features comfortable seating for relaxing, watching TV or enjoying the view of the pool and tropical foliage. The couch features a chaise for lounging and pulls out into a Full bed.

The master bedroom suite off the great room is large with another set of French doors that lead to the pool deck and features a four poster King size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with a large walk-in marble shower and separate water closet with sink that can be accessed from the great room.

The second bedroom off the pool deck features a four poster King bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and also has an en suite bath with large walk-in marble shower and separate water closet. The Seaview Palms Villa was AMAZING! My wife and I enjoyed the seclusion and privacy of the villa's location in the gated community. The lush tropical plants lining the path to the villa were very tranquil. The villa was clean and welcoming. The furnishing and decor felt like home, and appliances were updated. The private pool definitely a bonus! We loved spending time poolside at night listening to nature.Both the tenants and workers at Villa Madeleine were very friendly. Alvin was a gem! Although the local cat Ben was standoffish at first, he ended up being a regular visitor on the front porch. My wife and I have visited St. Croix many times, but this was our first time staying on the East End of the island. Being twenty minutes from downtown Christiansted, we thought we might feel isolated. This was far from the case. We met so many wonderful locals at Ziggy's, The Sausage Shack, and America's Cheeseburger in Paradise. The drive to and from Christiansted became second nature. AND so close to so many beautiful beaches!Our hosts Linden and Jennifer were easily accessible and answered our questions in a timely manner. We plan to be regulars at this villa!

The host was very welcoming. We never actually met the host but then, there was no need. The process of arriving and departing was very smooth and efficient. One disappointment however. From the listing, we anticipated an ocean view. Unfortunately the trees have grown since the photo listed. There is no view. The location is great.

Nice area

The house worked well for 2 couples. At the quiet end of the island, but yet a lot going on along the beach…several eating places, markets, hiking trails not too far away. Pickleball and golf available. Nice people. A fun place to stay to explore the island.

Quiet and beautiful villa!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful gem! From the moment we booked our stay, our hosts, Linden and Jennifer, were very accessible and informative. The villa was exactly how it looked on the website and was amazing! The private pool was wonderful and the villa was furnished with every amenity you could think of! It was exceptionally clean and very quiet and private! Our property manager, Kat, also was an awesome help in answering our questions quickly and giving us great advice on things to do on the island. We cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was and would highly recommend this fabulous villa!!

Loved Our Stay!!

I cannot rave enough about how lovely we found this home, amenities, and location. This was our second stay in this neighborhood and this home was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pool was fantastic. The owners provided all the amenities we needed so we didn’t over pack. You won’t be disappointed staying here.
