We love these Condos! This was our 3rd stay and will be back in March. Nothing fancy, but the staff is friendly. Close to Christiansted. And although all beaches are public, we feel we have our own private beach.

Run down complex. Beach is rocky at entrance to water. Tennis court left for dead, covered w mold. Internet photos inaccurate of restaurant and tennis court. Sketchy neighborhood. Cannot walk safely to Christenstead, need car. Spa has no hot water. Recommend elsewhere, we won’t be back.

The room was dirty and dated. The bar stools were nice but set too high to sit and eat at the counter. Dishes, utensils and stove were dirty. The view from the first floor balcony was of the rear of building that housed the restaurant, bar and pool area. The hot tub was cold.

Great Place!

I loved the place, and the ladies at the front were nice. Our a/c broke mid-stay/week, and the place was booked out, so we ended up staying elsewhere part of the week, but the folks refunded me promptly for the nights we couldn’t stay. They have great pickleball courts and tons of people there to play against. If you love pickleball, this is your spot! The views are unbeatable! It’s a great location—you can walk to Mc Donald’s and Subway easily and quickly, if you don’t drive.
