This property had family rooms and a kitchenette which made it easier for us to organise our own meals. They offer a shuttle service which got us to the station on time for check in. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities very good.

Hotel owner is super friendly. They arranged our transfer to TranzAlpine station and held our luggage and items in our room at no extra charge. Effectively providing an extra night for free which was very appreciated and generous. We were walking distance to restaurants and other amenities.
