• The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.

• A dining table has 4 seats to enjoy meals together, plus outdoor furniture to enjoy in the summer months and listen to the beach.

Carebnb provides a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

The Christchurch bus exchange can be reached within a 15-minute drive and provides access to all areas of the city via several bus routes. To make the most of the bus system while in Christchurch, visitors can download the Moov it app beforehand, which is highly recommended.

On street parking is free outside the development and the surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by.

Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

• Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
