Front desk staff was especially welcoming. The morning manager of room cleaning was exceptionally helpful with luggage assistance. Thank you! It was especially helpful to have a very modern clothes washer & dryer inside our room! Also, the room kitchenette was stocked with many plates/cups and cooking pans. Loved the dishwasher too! Highly recommend!

Everything at The Quest on Kilmore was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. The Staff was the best. They were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. This was the nicest place we stayed at on our vacation.

The Quest on Kilmore is a perfect location to explore Christchurch. The hop on hop off tram is a block or so away and many attractions are easily walkable. The staff of the Quest are exceptionally kind and professional. We felt so welcome by each and every person we met. The room was perfect in every way -- clean, bright and comfortable. There is everything you need, washer/dryer, even a dishwasher! Highly recommend the Quest on Kilmore.

Excellent suite, fully loaded with dishwa, full modern kitchen, dining area, living room and full laundry facilities in suite. Clean, close walk to Terrace. Art area, the market, regent st and the gardens. Make sure to stop at the Wuake museum around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

Really well run property in a great location. Modern and clean. The only thing holding them back from the fifth star is they only have a small amount of parking. There's a parking lot next door, but you can only pay for 10 hours at a time so there is overhead in keeping track of paying. If not for the parking this is an easy five stars.

I had an excellent stay at Quest Kilmore in Christchurch. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made the experience smooth from start to finish. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for both work and rest. The location is ideal — just a short walk from the city center, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. It’s also a perfect base if you’re attending a conference in town, since everything is easily accessible on foot. Overall, Quest Kilmore offers a great combination of comfort, convenience, and service. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel was clean, well-kept and had all the amenities myself and my partner could possibly need, and the staff were a pleasure to interact with. The location itself was brilliant, a short 3-5 min walk to the centre of town, and right across the road from the town hall, where we attended a concert during our stay. Another brilliant stay in a Quest hotel, and we will definitely be back some time soon.

Great Stay

Tameka & Aaron at front desk are very helpful, so are the others. They are all very friendly & ready to assist. A pair of slippers provided would be even make the room up to another level. Great stay & very comfortable room not to mention the location is just spot on.
