Don't check in after hours at Quest on Cambridge

Good facilities. Check in was abysmal. Checked in after hours and when rang contact number for hotel was cut off. When rang Hotel.com provided contact number no reply. Was kept outside in the cold and wet for 15 minutes along with two other people wanting to check in. One of them finally got a response to a call but no action. Finally got in when a guest left by the front door. Another guest came through the back door and was greeted by a hotel employee who ignored the four of us and went into the back office. I had to knock on the door to get attention. Finally got her to unlock the safe with our room key. No acknowledgement, no greeting, no smile just a grumpy look. Worst ever experience at checking in at Quest or any other hotel.

I came here for almost 3 weeks to help my son with my grandson while my daughter in law was out of town. I loved the location. So easy to walk downtown for shopping and restaurants. And only a short walk to the bus station. Housekeeping was amazing. I loved coming back at the end of the day to a clean place. Also loved having a washer and dryer.
