I did ask for a an empty cup they said I have to pay for it. I did ask if I could have a cup of coffee in the afternoon they said no you have to call room service even though I was in the lobby they said you have to pay for it. When time to leave we ask them to get us a taxi and we give them the name of the taxi they call the wrong one and we were late. Over all the experience I had in Auckland was great from everyone but not in Christ church it was a disappointment.
