Nestled in one of Christchurch's finest streets, this home offers spacious interiors that will pleasantly surprise you. Equipped with all the comforts of home, you'll find it hard to leave this delightful abode. This semi-detached home features two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, providing ample space for your stay. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and the internal garage access adds convenience. A well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities are available on-site for guests' use. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed and a pull-out trundler bed, making it perfect for accommodating two children.
