The room was very clean, and the heat pump was on to warm it up nice compact room. Parking was a bit tight however once reversed in it was good. there is only one way in and out . the shopping mall was directly across the road so easy access to facilities lots of small restaurants and a McDonald's just along the street. the staff were excellent and provided good information to suit the stay. The main road can get busy with traffic so a little bit noisy at night.

Great room for long stays! The owners are very welcoming and made sure my stay was comfortable. There is daily housekeeping and cleaning. The location is great, very convenient with walking distance next to the Westfield. Easy to get food and amenities. Many parking spaces are available so parking is no problem. Room is clean. Kitchen has all utensils for two people. Pots and pans are also available for cooking full meal. The pan in my room is old and rusty so I requested to change it and the staff has swap me a new pan. Toilet is clean and spacious, shower is hot and good pressure. I had a very nice stay overall and would definitely stay again!

Super convenient location across the road from the mall, fast food, and supermarket. Very quiet even being in a busy area and on a main road over a weekend. Comfortable warm room with all amenities. Neat and clean. Room has enough facilities for staying. Convenient location for shopping. But the most greatest thing about this motel is the owner. They are so nice, considerate and flexible. I really relaxed during my stay. Definitely we will be staying here if we have next time!

Owner was away when I arrived and the manager there had no idea left in the rain got wet phoning five times for the doors to be opened to check , when the owner did come back he did seem to care with the issues that were presented however, too little too late! The cleaning staff didn’t leave many towels and every day was different ( was there 5 nights) they didnt even replenish the toilet rolls ended up having to use tissues to go to the toilet!! one of the worst places ive stayed at and I travel all the time … couldn’t change to another hotel due to Chinese New Year’s booked out
