5/5 shared bathrooms. Biggest worry any time it's a part of the stay - but bathrooms were spotless, and there are SO MANY. I was there 2 weeks (over 2 stays, on 2 different floors), and never waited for a bathroom once. I think one time i had to walk across the hall instead of the one right outside the room - but it was only an extra 10ft away.
Staff are great, super friendly and helpful. Big kitchens to use.
No private bathrooms, no ac, very hot, information on the web sight was unreliable and also had false advertisement. It isn't even a hotel it's more like a dormitory.
Staff were great. Bed unclean. Double booked my room. Can hear TV through the wall from next door rooms. Not enough vegan options at breakfast.
Other hotel cheaper and clean with personal barhroom included.
The staff were very friendly and I loved the location of the hotel next to the botanical gardens. Hotel overall was very clean and I liked that my room had a wardrobe and table. I was only a bit frustrated with the noise in the hallways and people slamming doors. I was in a corner with six rooms and only two bathrooms, around bedtime it got super busy with people coming in and out and being noisy.
