5/5 shared bathrooms. Biggest worry any time it's a part of the stay - but bathrooms were spotless, and there are SO MANY. I was there 2 weeks (over 2 stays, on 2 different floors), and never waited for a bathroom once. I think one time i had to walk across the hall instead of the one right outside the room - but it was only an extra 10ft away. Staff are great, super friendly and helpful. Big kitchens to use.

The staff were very friendly and I loved the location of the hotel next to the botanical gardens. Hotel overall was very clean and I liked that my room had a wardrobe and table. I was only a bit frustrated with the noise in the hallways and people slamming doors. I was in a corner with six rooms and only two bathrooms, around bedtime it got super busy with people coming in and out and being noisy.
