Guest Access:
During your stay at Hidden Gem of Christchurch - Sleeps 12, you'll have exclusive access to all the amenities and spaces within the property.
The Neighborhood:
A quite little street in a quite little neighbourhood. Brand new playground and mini bike park, 2 minutes away. Public tennis courts, 5 minutes down the road. Supermarket only 5 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
18 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from town. 2mins to a brand new park, 4 mins to the supermarket and other shops.
Plenty of parking on-site and on the street.
Other Things to Note:
Youโll receive a trusted welcome link after booking with all property details, access codes, Wi-Fi, and easy instructions for your stay. Please take a moment to complete it โ it helps us prepare everything for your arrival.
Portacot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee of $25.
Strictly no MOTORCYCLES of any kind are allowed on the property
Motorbikes or motorcycles are not allowed on the property, any gang patches or gang association of any kind is strictly not allowed and will result in immediate eviction.

SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED โ
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to
review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.
Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.
๐ Only one property access key/fob is provided as standard. Additional key/fob must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key or fob.
