Interesting building with a strong sense of history Really central location in the walkable city, great bar which is very popular. Apartment was large with plenty of space to spread out, well equipped kitchen plus the washer & dryer was very welcomed. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous Old Government Building kept up to a high standard. Old and thick walls meant quiet with little street noise. Excellent & lively pub on site. Location could not be closer to the Cathedral, trams and more. Loved it and Christchurch and can’t wait to return.

Beautiful and interesting historic building to stay in, very well equipped with full kitchenette and in room laundry - perfect to relax in after two long haul flights.
