The Hotel looks a little tired on the outside and in the hallways, but the room was spotless and bed very comfortable. BEST SHOWER of our NZ trip so far. The food in the cafe downstairs was great.

Very clean and modern love the roomy bathroom and shower it’s a handy location to get around the city and would highly recommend this place. The only downside was the bedroom could only fit in one bedside table which for a couple is not ideal but other than that everything else was great

Best hotel yet on this trip. Didn't expect much, in the middle of Asia town, wondering what I booked. But SUPER clean and nice rooms, bathroom VERY swanky w warming mirror and waterfall shower option, embroidered towels. Parking was a little dicey but we did manage to find a space both nights. Yummy Asian restaurants right under us, we just walked over. VERY happy we booked this!

We stayed here for one night, 10 minutes from the airport which made this a convient hotel the night before a flight. Staff was very friendly and kind , room was clean and comfortable. They have easy parking on site. Complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms. Has small kitchenette with fridge which is nice if you want to make your own meal . I wish we had to time to enjoy the cafe that was downstairs it looked wonderful

There is free parking within the hotel area which is great for those driving. We got assigned ground floor wheel chair friendly room and the washroom was extremely big and spacious. Biggest I have ever seen. The bathroom is also fitted with grab bars as well, very elderly friendly in my opinion. Recommend if you are travelling with elderly. The room is spacious and extremely clean as well
