Christchurch Riverside Studio With Fishing Available

My NON SMOKING Studio is situated in a superb position on the Christchurch bank of the River Stour. It is self contained and south facing in a quiet location about 12 minutes walk from Christchurch town centre and 6 miles from the centre of Bournemouth.
The Studio is NON SMOKING. It will accommodate 2 adults only and I am afraid I do not take pets .
STUDIO DETAILS
The studio is self contained and consists of one large room (15ft square) with an en suite bathroo with large walk in shower
Access is via a 6ft patio door at the south end of the property which also provides access to the patio, garden and river. A patio set and 2 sun loungers with cushions are provided. The studio is furnished with smart TV with freeviewtwo 3ft single beds, two easy chairs, dining set, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster and microwave as well as plates and cutlery sufficient for two people to prepare light meals but no other cooking facilities are provided. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower but no bath. The studio is in good decorative order and is cleaned thoroughly between each let. Beds will be made up with duvets and linen prior to arrival. All bed linen and tea towels are provided free of charge. Towels are not provided. There is NO CHARGE for heating and lighting.
AMENITIES
The nearest beach at Southbourne is just a few minutes away by car. Beaches at Boscombe Bournemouth and Mudeford are also reached within 10 to 15 minutes drive. There are picturesque riverside walks along both banks of the river and pleasure boat trips operate regularly to Mudeford beach. There are also self-drive motor boats and rowing boats for hire. Being a holiday area there are many restaurants, golf courses and sporting facilities nearby including Christchurch
Leisure Centre ,Littledown, and Bournemouth International centre. The old priory
town of Christchurch, with its Saxon square shopping precinct has a variety of
restaurants, pubs, historical buildings and museums all within walking distance.
FACILITIES
Garden. Guests in the studio have their own patio and May use the garden. There are two benches at the end of the garden
Parking . There is plenty of off-road parking in the wide gravel drive.
Shops. The nearest convenience store is in Stour road approx 400 metres away (5 minutes walk). Tuckton village has a variety of shops and is about 10 minutes walk away.
Bus. Frequent bus services run to both Bournemouth and Christchurch from the bus stops which are within 100 metres of the property.
Rail. The station is approx 1 mile away. There is a taxi service available there.
Fishing and Garden Please note guests are welcome to fish from the end of the garden in season with a rod license. Maximum 2 rods . Be aware The river is not fenced.Guests will have to fish around any boat on one of the two jetties. Guests are welcome to use the garden and benches overlooking the river. Studio guests also have a patio with furniture for their sole use.

Beautiful property

Excellent studio with beautiful outlook over the river. Good size bathroom with shower. Although there's not a cooker or hob, everything else in the kitchen is well equipped, microwave, kettle and plenty of crockery/cutlery and cupboard space. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. The hosts were very welcoming and very thorough in explaining how everything worked.

On arrival Graham and Pat made us very welcome, our first impressions of the studio was that it was immaculate and great detail was given to cleanliness for Covid 19. Graham and Pat were great hosts during our 7 days stay. A lovely garden to sit ,relax and enjoy the riverside. Very peaceful. Everything we needed in the studio and the weather was perfect All amenities close by and beaches within a few minutes drive. Lovely cliff top walks. Thanks to Graham and Pat for a lovely holiday

Fantastic place to stay, absolute river frontage, very friendly hosts, would definately stay again

We had a fabulous time at this property. Really enjoyed coming back after a busy day sightseeing and just sitting by the river relaxing with a glass of wine and some nibbles. Pat and Graham were fabulous hosts they made us feel very welcome. Everything is at your finger tips , public transport, shops, walks restaurants etc.. Would definatly reccomend anyone to stay at this property.

Location, location, location.

This waterfront studio could not be better situated. On a quiet road with easy off road parking and within a short walk of everything in Christchurch we couldn't be more satisfied. The view from the patio over the river pleased us no end as there was always something of interest to see on the river and in the park beyond. The kitchenette is sufficient if you wish to eat in or there are plenty of eateries within walking distance. Everything was clean and comfortable and the owners were friendly and very approachable. Just off a main thoroughfare it was very easy to get to Bournemouth or the New Forrest.

It was a slice of heaven !! So relaxing I enjoyed the many places in the area we went to ,but the highlight of the day was coming back to studio and sitting watching the boats and the scenery so nice!! The studio was spotless ,the owners were very friendly ,and helpful .we shall be returning without a doubt and I shall recommend it to family and friends .sorry we had to leave!!

The location of the apartment is excellent, lovely views . The facilities of the garden and patio were excellent. Accommodation was in very good and clean. Also the owners were lovely friendly . The location also means that you can walk into Christchurch. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be booking for next year.

Super Location.

As the add states, it's a fairly basic studio apartment. Kitchen only has a microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge but with all the restaurants within walking distance this is really not an issue. The studio was spotless, and had everything needed for a stay. Two single beds, two armchairs for watching the telly, a small table and chairs. Crockery and cutlery is also available if you want to eat in the apartment. Graham is a lovely gentleman. Took his time to explain everything when I arrived, and although I did not need to call on him till I left, I'm sure if there were any problems he would have sorted them straight away. I had a lovely stay and hope to return with my wife when we can arrange some time off together. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Suche Sie Ruhe und Entspannung sind sie in Christchurch richtig aufgehoben

kleine, aber feine Ferienwohnung. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Grundstück. Sehr schöner Ausblick (genau wie auf dem Foto). Küchenzeile nur mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Leider kein Herd und Backofen. Neu renoviertes Bad (2019) Vermieter sehr aufmerksam und nett. Wohnen im Haus über der Ferienwohnung.
