This stunning new townhouse is located in Central Christchurch only an eight minute walk from the Margaret Mahy playground and approximately 10 mins to the CBD.
Guests have their own private entrance and use of a fully equipped kitchen washer /dryer. clothes line, bathroom ,Japanese bidet toilet, furnished outdoor area, one bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in lounge.

We have a self check in system so it is not necessary for guests to meet me, however I only live 15 minutes away so if you have any issues I can be there ASAP. Always happy to answer any questions.

This stunning new town house is located in Central Christchurch; only an eight minute walk from the Margaret Mahy playground and about 15 minutes from The Terrace (a popular bar and restaurant strip in town). Guests have their own private entrance and use of a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, clothes line, bathroom, Japanese bidet toilet, furnished outdoor area, one bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.

There is no parking on the premises, guests will have to rely on public parking.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and our neighbours, please follow these house rules:

1. Noise: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

2. Parties & Gatherings: Parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

3. ⁠Smoking & Recreational Drugs: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs is also prohibited on the property. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking will incur a $200 fee.

4. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

5. Cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

6. Damage, Spills & Stains: Please report any damage, spills or stains as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair or replacement.
