Delightul wide open spaces and lush landscapes in a peaceful atmosphere without venturing far from the city while being minutes away from various retail hubs, service centers and restaurants.

Please note only one car and must be parked in garage at all times.This is a strict body corp rule.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests and our neighbours, please follow these house rules:

1. Noise: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

2. Parties & Gatherings: Parties and unauthorised gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gathering may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund.

3. ⁠Smoking & Recreational Drugs: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. The use of recreational drugs is also prohibited on the property. Any additional cleaning or damage caused by smoking will incur a $200 fee.

4. Check-out: Check-out is by 10:00 am. Late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

5. Cleaning: Please leave the property in a reasonable condition. Any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

6. Damage, Spills & Stains: Please report any damage, spills or stains as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for cleaning, repair or replacement.
