New duplex villa of 50m² designed by an architect on the heights of Chorges, neat services.
6 minutes by car from the lake of Serre-Ponçon.

Electric shutters, beautiful orientation, free private parking and independent entrance.

Private terrace of 12m2 facing south with electric plancha.
Not overlooked. Chicken coop at the bottom of the garden to help yourself to fresh eggs.

We have also built a 7.5m x 3.5m heated salt water swimming pool, accessible from May to September. Roller shutter. We share it with the people of the cottage.

We can provide you with 2 adult mountain bikes and a 2-seater paddle board free of charge to ride on the lake for any stay longer than 6 days.

Very quiet area, we are in a dead end. The only vehicles circulating are those of our 4 neighbors only. The recommended transport is a motorized vehicle. It is possible to get to the village of Chorges on foot, it will take you 10 minutes.
