Generously sized rooms with stunning river views, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom items were impressive. The location was also good for touring nearby attractions. With a police station nearby, it was excellent in terms of security and was near a historic tourist attraction(白象街), so there was a nice building and lots to see.

1. The restaurant where the buffet breakfast is at is too small such that the guests have to find other seats at the other private dinning rooms of the Chinese restaurant located next to it. And most guests have to share and have their breakfast at the round tables of these private dinning rooms with other guests which lacks privacy. It is like dinning at a canteen. This happened for all the 5 mornings that we had breakfast there. Meaning this situation is very prevalent every morning at the breakfast area. The number of guests staying in the hotel are just too many for the restaurant to handle. 2. The utensils provided in the room's kitchen were inadequate.For example, there was no soup spoon, ladle, etc provided even though there were pots and pans provided and there were only 2 teaspoons and forks each as well as some chopsticks for 2 guests to use. This arrangement is very unusual. Because if you use a fork during the cooking process, you have to make sure you wash it first before you actually dine with your guest in the same room as there were only 2 forks provided. Usually, such service apartments provide more utensils than that regardless of the numbers of guests staying in the room.

One of the best travel decisions I’ve made. The accommodations were like a 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for a family. Comfortable and much cheaper than two separate rooms at a comparably rated hotel. I will absolutely stay here again!

Overall the hotel was excellent with good breakfast, the room was like a fully equipped apartment rather than a hotel room, the staff were very helpful. As for the location it was right on the river with easy access to walk along in the evening, the metro was a taxi ride or a 30 min walk.

Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent.
