Everything is perfect in this hotel, very like it! But the only thing is the bottle water. The first day, I came to the front desk and asked Ms. Hu if we can get more bottle water each day, she said, maximum two bottles of water per day for one person, if you need more, you have to pay. so I bought 5L bottle of water and put it in my room. It's only cost me $2 CAD, I travel a lot, it's the first time to buy water when I stay in a good hotel.

Good Hotel With A Few Mishaps

Very good staff, except for the desk clerks, who turned off my room key and insisted I was at the end of my 4 day stay, though it was day 3. They later realized they mixed my reservation with another room. The manager apologized and gave me free breakfast. Concierge supervisor Bert was wonderful, as were Johnny and Clare. Upgraded room was huge.

Stay away from this property. The hotel itself smells like cheap motel, at the lobby there were selling smelly food, and a lady with a speaker. Rooms are very old, I assume years ago there were nice, now very old, smelly. We spent only 5 minutes on the room and decided to leave the property, best decision ever. Front desk does not speak english. The most its a 3 star hotel.

Overall was great, near to iconic places, malls nearby, multiple dining options, would definitely come back. The staff were great, the housekeepers are so nice, the butlers were great. We never told the staff that it was my friend’s bday too, but they probably checked the passports and found out and they provided a gift when we came back, it was so sweet. We only had great experiences

Would stay here again!

The hotel was in a great location within walking distance of several tourist spots as well as five minutes to the metro. The room was a great size. I particularly liked the size of the bathroom and its layout. The staff were helpful and used translation on their phones to answer questions. The skylounge was nice for the view while having a cocktail or afternoon tea set. There is a luckin coffee attached to the property. I used the pool a few times. The only negative was the mattress was too firm.
