This is NOT a hotel/ resort but poorly run houses. We booked 3 nights but left after staying 1 night. The water pressure/ supply disappeared after we take a shower in the evening. The standard of cleanliness was poor. There was an Ukrainian caretaker who is not proficient in English. In summary, if you are looking for a 3-star hotel facilities, this place is not for you. It is more like a chalet.

Disappointed and loss of money

There was a “fish”smell that did not go away. It is located in a small community. There was no pool ready, as advertised, for the children. This location is probably better suited for regular Phuket visitors who are familiar with the area and/or Island. We slept there the night we arrived. Found another place and left in the morning. There was a night club somewhere,as there was music until late at night. It contrasted from the secluded area. Upon booking we paid for the entire stay, so, we lost our money and a day in our vacation. It was a very disappointing experience. The place is called Blue House not Villa Adelle.The information provided online is inaccurate and led us to book this place thinking it was something it wasn’t. They did provide a shuttle service from the airport (for a fee). If it would not have been the case, no taxi driver would have found the place. The location contact was quite polite and respecful. But that was, of course, not enough for us to stay in the place. We weren’t satisfied at all with the place, he could not do anything about that. I wished we would have been reimbursed a portion.
