Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Wir haben abends eingecheckt und es gab keine Übergabe, Schlüssel lag einfach im Briefkasten. Die Wohnung hatte die angegebene Grösse, war aber in einem total schrecklichen Zustand (siehe Bilder), mit Schimmel in der Dusche und einer harten, durchgelegenen Matratze, auf der man nicht liegen konnte und fast keinen Schlaf fand. Am Morgen nach dieser zerstörten Nacht haben wir sofort bei Lofty reklamiert und der zuständige Herr unter Telefon 084-926 6063 hat uns aus dem Vertrag entlassen und Full Refund versprochen! Wir mussten dann zu totalem High Season Preisen ein anderes Zimmer buchen und hatten extrem hohe Kosten!! Bis heute habe ich allerdings diesen Refund noch nicht bekommen! Bitte nehmen Sie Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter!
