Our comfortable holiday home at Aristo Condo in Surin beach is fully furnished and ideally located.
An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 3 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10 minute walk. The building is well maintained and offers popular amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool with a sunbathing area, ground floor pool with sun loungers, Fitness room, 24hrs security, CCTV and private parking for guests.
The fully air conditioned apartment is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. With an open-plan design, the living area includes a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with Thai greenery and pool views.
The bedroom features a king size bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and another AC unit. Kitchenette is convenient to make beach snacks and your own meals. Wi-Fi is available for working or streaming.

For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Cleaning services are not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request.
