Reservation cancelled.

Our booking was cancelled same day of check in. We have been infomred via email while we were packing our bags, very lucky we saw the email before we start our trip. No local support telephone center is located in Denmark!!!! When i called i barely could communicate and couldnt found my reservation!!!! Not sure who the fault was Hotels or Sanders, but they left us without stay same day of our scheduled family getaway. We will never consider staying there again.

Save you money and dont ever go to this place

Rude staff, dirty, dangerous and did i mention rude. It was one of the worst holiday experiences you can imagine. We were greeted at reception by the most unprofessional unpleasant and plain rude German lady receptionist. Broken bed , Broken keys, exposed electrical wiring. Instead of good morning the next day she greeted us woth “ Whats your problem again” I said we were locked out and had to get someone to use the master key cause the key to the flat wasn’t working. She called me a liar and said she is 165m tall lady and can open the door. !!! was she trying to say i didn’t know how to open a door. I replied by saying the maintainer guy can confirm and she called me a liar. What? she said she was in the flat a week ago and it was all fine. I asked how to get in next time. She said ask for the master key every time qny time. When i asked if there would be someone at reception 24/7 she said no we are very busy. Just a lousy attitude, bad manners and very very bad facilities

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment that was able to accommodate 6 people. Although there was only 3 of us the lounge seating comprised of one two seater sofa, so if you wanted to stay in for the evening and watch a movie, for people would need to sit on the floor. However the dining table was large and had six chairs. Cooking facilities were very good. Our balcony was huge with good size table and chairs. Beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. A car is recommended but not essential. Bus are 400m from the accommodation.

Wir hatten ein tolles Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und einem sehr großen Balkon. Vom Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Blick über Paphos und aufs Meer. Die Anlage ist am Hang gebaut, hat 2 Außenpools und einen Indoor-Pool. Wir haben nur den oberen Pool genutzt. Vor dort hat man einen tollen Ausblick. Es gibt Außenduschen, ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Es gibt noch ein paar Häuser im Rohbau, es soll dort ab November weitergebaut werden. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein.
