We have stayed here a couple times and honestly this visit has made it that I will never come back!! Hotels.com should not even support this hote! The curtains were broken and we were on the first floor with cars and people walking outside the windows. The room smelled of mildew/mold, room looked dirty, thrown together (like maybe it wasn't supposed to be used) and the mini fridge was dirty. When we asked for another room they told us they were fully booked and couldn't get a refund because we booked through Hotels. It was late so we slept on top of covers and fully clothed because who knew if the bed was clean and anyone walking by could see us! Awful!! Stay somewhere else!!!

Staff was courteous, place was decent. We were there less than 12 hours total. It did the job. The noisy blanket made sleeping restless but the breakfast and coffee in the morning made up for it. Gunna be honest, we travel a lot for sports for our kids... The coffee was the best, and the fact I could have fresh STRAWBERRY waffles was awesome. The yogurt was a quality brand, the biscuits were soft... Seriously, I always look for places with a quick breakfast in the morning since we're always on the run. This was my fave. Convenient the place was across from a Walmart too. If coming to the area again, we'd pick here.

The gym requires a machine that works better. It is hard to put in the dumbells in the lower area of the racks. The pool was very good. The main issue with our room was the bathroom. If the improve the bathroom, the room can be much better. The fan / extractor of the bathroom did not work, which made it harder with the odors and harder to dry the towels. The shower didn´t have a button to make the water come from above. It only worked in the lower part of the shower. This is something not acceptable in some hotels. It was a pleasant stay as far as nice people that work there, but the bathroom has to be improved in the room we stayed.

Room was fine- clean enough. Carpet on floor was very old. Entire room smelled strange-not pleasant. Had to change rooms because sink would not drain. Also no shampoo in room. Not a good experience.

Room was very nice, although, bathtub was not handicap accessible, not enough bars to hold, slippy tub surface when wet, no place to put towel when getting out of tub after shower. Front desk staff seemed preoccupied with other stuff when checking in, couldnt find them when checking out. Breakfast was great.
