Camping la Conchiglia is located in Chioggia, Italy, just a few minutes’ walk from a beautiful private beach that’s especially suitable for families with children. “La Conchiglia” translates to “seashell,” and the campground truly earns its wonderful name thanks to its location right on the sandy beach. The campground features a restaurant, a bar, a barbecue area, and a laundry facility to make your stay comfortable. Shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity. Of course, there’s a playground on the property where younger guests can run around and play.
The Camelia bungalow accommodates up to 2 people and is ideal for couples or solo travelers. The unit features a double bed in the combined living and dining area. A practical kitchenette is at your disposal, equipped with a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, and a refrigerator. Satellite TV and air conditioning are available. The bathroom is practically furnished and features a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The beautiful, covered patio with a table and chairs invites you to relax and unwind. The drive from the Italian border takes about 4 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case as well, departure on the previous day is possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beach at Camping La Conchiglia is a well-maintained sandy beach that borders the resort directly and is therefore easily accessible on foot. The beach features fine sand and clear water, making it ideal for families with children and anyone who wants to enjoy the sea. Thanks to the gently sloping shoreline, it’s especially safe for children and less experienced swimmers. Near the beach, you’ll also find a beach bar offering snacks, drinks, and ice cream—perfect for a quick refreshment. The beach is clean and well-maintained, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing or active day by the sea.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Camping La Conchiglia is perfectly tailored to the needs of families with children. Its location right on the beach allows young guests to spend the day building sandcastles and splashing around in the shallow water while their parents enjoy the sun. For children, there’s a well-equipped playground that’s perfect for running around and playing. A crib and high chair can be reserved in advance (for a fee).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
For active guests, beach tennis, beach volleyball, beach soccer, and horseback riding are available. Right next to the resort is a large riding stable where riding lessons can be booked. Those who want to explore the surrounding area can use the bike rental service to discover the picturesque countryside around Chioggia. Explore Chioggia with its fish markets and canals, or take a day trip to Venice. Nature walks along the rivers and water sports in the lagoon are also available.
SHOPPING
The small vacation complex is located near Chioggia, a lively town with numerous small shops, supermarkets, and restaurants that are easily accessible. The nearest public supermarket is just a few minutes away by bike or car and offers everything you need for your daily needs.
MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen. Alternatively, you can treat yourself to a meal at the restaurant next to the vacation complex. Other restaurants serving local cuisine are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Camping La Conchiglia is located in Isola Verde, Chioggia, in the Veneto region, just a few steps from the Adriatic Sea. The property is approximately 12 km from the historic center of Chioggia, 60 km from Venice, and about 65 km from Venice Marco Polo Airport.
