We stayed here in 2020, and we enjoyed both stays tremendously. The area is marvellous, with Canyon de Chelly on your doorstep. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend a visit unreservedly.

It was minutes to the south rim drive of Canyon de Chelly and stunning views. Spider Rock at sunset is divine.

Convenient motel for the park

For the price, it was an excellent stay but it is a motel and the bathroom needed some TLC. The toilet tank had a cover that didn't fit and the shower head and pipe were loose and wobbly. The cafeteria on the grounds is convenient but people we asked said they didn't recommend it, so we didn't try it. The town has a Denny's and we ate there.

Great location.

Pet friendly. The room was clean but some service items were missing (extra toilet paper). Very close to the park and great fry bread. They were doing some service work and that is not their fault. Great pet walking area.

Friendly staff; we stayed in one of the older buildings and it was very nice. The cafeteria on site has great home cooking. The store on site offers authentic gifts supporting the Navajo community

The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. I am always glad when the room’s (alarm ) clock is set to the proper time especially since there is a time difference on the Navajo Nation that I didn’t know about before hand. The gift shop was nice but I think needed larger bottles of water. I asked one of the gift shop girls when the Canyon opened and she didn’t know exactly- I thought this would be a basic question they should know. It was very conveniently located to the Canyon of course. The front desk lady was nice!

They accommodated my requests to change room with no problems. The property is a about 2 mins away to the entrance of the monument. Love that they have a ceiling fan in the room.

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are sizable and well appointed. We had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night. It was fixed within 5 minutes of our phone call. Beautiful, large gift shop. The restaurant offers simple fare, cafeteria style, but is the best option in the remote town of Chinle. You book your Canyon de Chelly tours right at the hotel.

Close to the national monument

We stayed here thinking it was going to be amazing from the reviews. It was a little different than expected. Everything was fine it was just very average. But there really is not a lot of places to stay in this area. Think motel 6 for the rooms. Very basic and small but they were clean and had all the necessities. Nothing stays open late for food so make sure you plan for that if you are coming I later at night. Breakfast is basic. Kind of like a cafeteria situation. But it was edible. The grounds are very pretty and peaceful and you can sit outside your room in chairs that are there and relax And look at the stars.

Very Convenient

Could use some better pillows. Property is very nice and well-kept. The issue was with the cafe, which was supposedly open for carry-out only. There are very limited dining options in Chinle, and when we went to the cafe, it was closed due to some maintenance issue.
