Booked last minute after spending a terrifying night camping in a storm. Staff was very nice and room was comfortable, but old and not the cleanest. Carpets were dirty, wall had sprays of something on them, bathroom had mold and rust. We were honestly happy to have walls and a roof for a better night sleep!

It’s very old and has a bit of a moldy smell in the rooms. But it is conveniently located next to the NP.

Room was clean, staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast waffles were good but not many other options. Some protein added to the breakfast bar would go a long way. Overall very satisfied and would stay here with my young children again.

the front desk staff was so lovely, helpful and kind. very accommodating to me and my friend. the room was small but it worked for what we needed, a place to shower and sleep. breakfast was simple but still filling and I was grateful it was included in our stay. room was tidy and the air conditioning worked very well. the parking was easy to navigate and get in and out of. enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we come back to Chincoteague!

Great little "getaway" spot. Perfect location, clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that they don't offer the breakfast bar in the off-season, but that's not a deal breaker. I'll be back soon!
