I always have a great experience staying here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything Chincoteague has to offer. The staff is genuinely welcoming and goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. It's the little details and thoughtful service that really set this place apart. I've stayed here multiple times, and the experience has been consistently excellent. If you're looking for a relaxing, friendly place to stay on Chincoteague, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be back!

The room was clean, however there was a tiny ant infestation that attacked our snack bag, and we had to throw that all out. The pool is old, but deep and refreshing and clean. Overall no objections, it was a perfectly okay place to stay.

The people that were working here were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean which is always the most important thing to me and my family. We wanted a room that was on a budget but also clean and this fit that perfect. It's In an awesome location, walkable to restaurant, shopping, ice cream, ect. My husband and son used the pool and loved it. We also stayed there on the 4th of July holiday weekend and we were able to watch fireworks from our balcony. It was a perfect getaway!

The room was clean at first look. But the air conditioner vent was dirty (I cleaned it) and there were cobwebs above the curtain, but that was it. There was a busted floor tile and they glued it down, there was also a threshold thing that was sticking up that I scraped my foot on (didn't cut me). Pool was very nice, just aged.
