Concerns

The room was okay, although there was popcorn in the corner of the room that housekeeping must have missed from the previous guest. The entrance on the right side of the building had the key card reader broken, and the door was propped open with rocks - in other words, anyone could enter unannounced. We took out the rocks, only to see them back the next morning. This is a security issue that needs addressed. The breakfast area lacked cleanliness.

It was dirty, there are no bedbug covers on a stained mattress. The shower was dirty. It was just gross. I stripped the bread and brought my own bedding and thank goodness I had extra for this type of thing. Don’t think it’s American owned, which usually means it’s dirtier

It was ok

The wifi was terrible using my tablet. The shower head was black molded. The fan in the bathroom did not work at all. The fridge had no shelf in it. The coffee was horrible. The staff wasnt super friendly but not rude. Obviously in renovations. Amazon boxes every where. Our room apparently used to be a smoking room with the burn stains and the old smoke smell. The beds were not the worst but it did hurt my hips. Not the worst hotel but for the price it should have been better. I reported these things at the end of our stay because since we was in town for an event i did not discover them till the end of the night. Splattered paint residue on alot of things. I wish them the best of luck. But i would consider lowering the rates a bit considering the condition and state of the hotel and rooms. Water pressure in the shower was really bad. Over all the room was do able. But im not happy over the room price considering the condition.
