double billed

Front desk had difficulty locating my reservation even after I supplied my itinerary number. I asked to have a receipt sent to my email when I checked out and never received it. Received my credit card statement and I was double billed, once by hotels.com and then when I checked out by Hampton Inn. I am currently attempting to get the second charge removed.
