The day was good. The check-in and checkout was efficient. The bed was very comfortable. There was someone available for late check-in when I pressed the ring doorbell. They asked for a credit card for $64 on the credit card and I said I’ve already paid through hotels.com and I was told that that’s just what they need. I was assuming it was a refundable charge.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to my room. The room was wonderfully cool on the 2, 90 degree days we stayed. The queen beds were very comfortable with crisp white linens, good quality pillows, mattresses, and lovely white duvet covers that I would purchase for my own home. The property is older and it sits in an older part of Chillicothe, but the price was great, the front desk attendant was helpful and sweet. I would stay again.

A lot of motorcycle noise all day and all night. Television remote control didn't function so we didn't have access to television for our entire stay. Five separate attempts were made to fix it but none worked. They even gave us printed "directions" on how to reset and program the remote. Nothing worked.

The Owner of the property was dirty, rude and sarcastic There is no vending machines in the hotel as well as being in the most sketchy part of town with literally the police parked crossed the street from it in the Cheap Tobacco parking lot watching it for drug activity. The rooms have a bad mildew smell along with cockroaches and they will not give you towels or rags if u need more until they clean the room the next morning . The Executive Inn is definitely a joke and doesn’t come near its name. Stay clear of this property.
